GamCare, a registered charity
who run an advice line and counseling for gamblers,
in association with BACTA, the largest Trade Association
in the gaming arena were responsible for setting up
the ‘Staying In Control’ initiative
There are ‘Staying In Control’ leaflets
at all of our sites and trained staff who will gladly
assist and offer advice.
Whenever you play machines it is wise
to remember that :
- You are buying entertainment, not
investing your money
- You should only spend money you
can afford to lose
- In advance of playing you should
set limits on how much you will spend
- Playing within your means is likely
to be fun and exciting
- Spending outside your means is
likely to create problems for you and others
